For over two decades, Prestigious Maintenance Inc. has been a trusted name in commercial kitchen ventilation. Founded in 2003, we’ve grown into one of the most respected and professional companies in the New York area, serving clients that include high-end restaurant groups, national chains, and celebrity chefs.

We specialize in the design, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Our skilled, certified technicians work with all makes and models — ensuring every system operates at peak performance, in compliance with the latest NFPA 96 standards, FDNY regulations, and local fire marshal requirements.
